Deputy Commissioner (NRM /RFS)Master’s Degree in Agronomy or Agriculture with Agronomy as a subject or Agricultural Chemistry or Soil Science or Agricultural Extension or Agricultural Economics or Agricultural Botany or Master’s Degree in forestry or Botany or Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural Engineering from a recognized University or Institute
3. Deputy Director (Medical)A recognized MBBS degree qualification included in the First Schedule or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956). Holders of Educational qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions specified in section 13(3) of the said act.

6. Training Officer (Women Training) – Office Management(i) Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Technology from any recognized University or Institute approved by University Grant Commission or All India Council for Technical Education in Office Management or Secretarial Practice or Secretarial Services or Stenography (English); with two years post qualification experience in the relevant field of Teaching or Industry. OR (ii) Diploma in Engineering or Technology from any recognized University or Institute approved by University Grant Commission or All India Council for Technical Education in Office Management or Secretarial Practice or Secretarial Services or Stenography (English); with five years post qualification experience in the relevant field of Teaching or Industry.
7. Assistant Professor (Chemistry)(A) (i) Master’s Degree with 55 percent marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever the grading system is followed) in Chemistry from a recognized University/ Institute. (ii) Must have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) (Chemistry) conducted by the UGC or the CSIR or a similar test accredited by the UGC like SLET/SET (State level eligibility test) OR who are OR have been awarded a Ph.D. Degree (Chemistry) in accordance with the UGC (Minimum standards and procedure for award of M.Phil./Ph.D. Degree) regulations, 2009 or 2016 and their amendments from time to time as the case may be exempted from NET/SLET/SET: Provided, the candidates registered for the Ph.D. programme prior to July 11,2009 shall be governed by the provisions of the then existing ordinances/Bye- Laws/Regulations of the Institutions awarding the Degree and such Ph.D. candidates shall be exempted from the requirement of NET/SLET/SET for recruitment and appointment of Assistant Professor in Universities/Colleges/Institutions subject to the fulfillment of the following conditions:- a) Ph. D Degree of the candidate has been awarded in regular mode; b) The Ph.D. thesis has been evaluated by atleast two external examiners; c) An open Ph.D. viva voce of the candidate has been conducted; d) The candidate has published two research papers from his/her Ph.D. work out of which at least one must be in a refereed journal; e) The candidate has presented at least two papers based on his/her Ph.D work in conference/seminars, sponsored /funded/supported by the UGC/ICSSR/CSIR or any similar agency.
